You will learn about all the personal benefits of Transcendental Meditation by attending the free introductory talk. The talk is approximately 1 hour. You will also learn the basics of how the process works. You will leave with the knowledge required to learn the technique in further sessions.
An Introductory Talk will be presented most Fridays at 14:30 and again at 18:00.
